1D thoughts...

So, I've had the Canon EOS 1D Mark II for five days now. I've taken it out on two photoshoots. What do I think?


Well aside from several people stopping me and asking me which newspaper I'm from, I have to say this a damned impressive piece of kit!!

Having used a 350D for the past 5 months, the speed that this thing reels off shots is incredible. I've already taken a bunch of shots that I would have missed with the 350D.... For anyone considering getting one of these and if you have the finances... Don't hesitate, get it, get it now!!


Of course there's the 1D Mark III to consider also... But damn.. That's twice what I paid for my mark II! .... Maybe in a few years ;)
